After an aborted attempt to watch Now You See Me on Wednesday, we went to see Despicable Me 2 last night. And it was good. Really good. Giggling uncontrollably in our seats good.

Especially the bit during the credits.

But also the bit after the credits were we starting smack-talking with cries of “gelado!” which got Sarah cracking up enough she was having trouble breathing. (As a note, if she did end up dying as a result, we are agreed that it was the gelado that did her in, not us*)

A lot of the funny bits were in the trailers, as you might expect (“Lipstick taser!”) but the trailers didn’t feature “Gru-derzella” or many of the minions’ antics. If you enjoyed Despicable Me, definitely go watch DM2. If you haven’t seen either, watch both!
